I've been coming back to this hotel for the past 4 years because it's comfy and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. However, the downside is that the bed wasn't made up, and there were no tea bags provided. The location at the back of the hotel is pretty convenient, especially for quick access to the Trafford Centre.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and had everything we could possibly want, making it a great choice for my family of 4 with 2 kids aged 6 and 8. The breakfasts were excellent, well-cooked, and wholesome. However, I found the price a bit steep for a family of four.
